POLICIES:
Including cancellations, rescheduling and shop procedures
Cancellation/No-Show fees are charged when not given 48 hours notice of a cancellation or when an appointment is missed. Please read below for more details.
*No persons under the age of 18 may receive any services listed, even with parental consent.
*A valid ID is required at the time of your appointment.
*A deposit is required to hold your appointment date/time and will go towards your final price.
*All deposits and payments are non-refundable.
*Cash is always the preferred form of payment but others include: Square (any debit/credit card provider), Cash App, Venmo and PayPal. Checks are not accepted.
*Any Cancellations without 48 hr notice will result in a $50 fee charged to your card on file and loss of deposit. A new deposit will be required to set up a new appointment.
*2 reschedules are permitted before your deposit is ultimately forfeited and a new deposit will be required.
*No call/no showing your appointment will result in loss of deposit and a 50% charge of all requested services to your card on file. No exceptions. This is to protect my time and business.
*Photos of previous cosmetic tattoo work must be emailed for approval before booking or approved at an in-person consultation. Booking without doing so will result in loss of deposit.
*Depending on your preferences, we may switch services from what was originally scheduled to best accommodate you. In this event, price and longevity of your appointment may vary.
*Results cannot be guaranteed as everyone retains pigment differently. More sessions may be required to reach your goals.
*Freckles booked as an Add-On are marked down but will still vary in price respectively according to the size of freckles requested (S, M, or L).
*If you book a service as an Add-On to another service, you may not cancel your main service without also subsequently cancelling your Add-On service. A new deposit will be needed to rebook.
*Dharma Tattoo Collective does not offer Tooth Gem removals. If you would like your gem(s) removed before they fall off naturally, you will need to contact a trusted dentist or orthodontist. It’s the law!
*Tooth gems must be placed on real, healthy teeth. You will be turned away without refund if you exhibit bleeding gums, tartar buildup, or any other complications listed in the Health & Safety page the day of your appointment.
*Tooth Gem prices may vary based on how many/what kind of gems are being applied. Some Tooth Gems vary in price even if under the same category depending on the manufacturing and shipping cost.
*In the event of a Crystal or Opal Tooth Gem falling off, a 3-month warranty is issued to all clients for a new gem and application.
*Tooth Gem reapplication is only available for 18k Gold pieces (including bezels) if still in your possession. Free up to 3 months after your appointment and $30 thereafter.
*18k Gold Tooth Gems are limited to special orders and requests unless stated otherwise.
*Any and all Tooth Gems are sold with application included and never separately.
*In the event that the gem you have selected is out of stock, you will be asked for your second choice via email or your appointment may be pushed out until the gem becomes available.
*Please email info@raqcosmetictattoo.com when ordering 3 or more 18k Gold Gems. This includes diamonds and other precious gem pieces.
*”Costume Fangs” are resold but are in no way affiliated with Scarecrow Fangs
*Dharma Tattoo Collective and its employees/contractors are are not subject to cover any fees provided to a client from any outside source.
*Dharma Tattoo Collective and its employees/contractors are not liable for covering the costs of any special ordered tooth gems that are misplaced during transit.
*Dharma Tattoo Collective and its employees/contractors reserve the right to refuse service to anyone under any circumstances.
